We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide excellent patient care. We are offering Full Time, Part time and Per diem positions .Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signsDevelop and implement patient care plansEducate patients and families on health maintenance and disease preventionMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionalsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.Requirements:Current RN license in the state of FloridaAt least one year of experience as a Home Health RNComputer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical recordsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsCompassionate and caring demeanorAbout Us:Welcome to Comfort Care Homecare Inc, where compassionate care meets excellence in nursing.
