Job Title: Product Manager - Liquid Cooling Server Cabinet Location: Sunnyvale, CA Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 DOE Travel: ~50% domestic & internationalPosition Summary Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of liquid cooling server cabinet solutions for high-performance AI infrastructure. This role drives structural design, thermal system integration, supplier coordination, and cross-functional execution from concept through production. Key Responsibilities Lead structural design and optimization of liquid-cooled cabinets and manifolds. Work with ORv3 rack architecture and advanced AI server platforms (e.g., Blackwell, Vera Rubin). Integrate CDU, PDU, UQD, busbars, and tray/rail systems. Perform FEA (static/dynamic) to validate structural integrity and reliability. Define interface specs and piping layouts with cooling system suppliers. Partner with electrical/hardware teams to prevent routing conflicts. Support mass production, structural optimization, BOM cost control, and supplier communication. Qualifications Bachelor's+ in Mechanical, Thermal, Materials Science, or related field (MS/PhD preferred). 5+ years in liquid-cooled server racks or data center thermal systems. Experience with Blackwell NVL72 or similar high-performance liquid-cooled AI systems preferred. Proficient in SolidWorks or CATIA; experienced with ANSYS or ABAQUS. Knowledge of UL, ETL, and EIA-310-E standards. Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.
