Dispatch planning emphasizes consistent freight movement and dependable routing so drivers can maintain strong weekly miles without extended downtime at shipping facilities. This operation is designed for drivers who want predictable scheduling, steady freight, and equipment built for long-haul comfort. Home Time Drivers are typically home every 57 days, rotating between a 34-hour reset one week and a 48-hour reset the following week. This schedule allows drivers to maintain consistent earnings while still providing regular opportunities to spend time at home. Equipment Drivers operate late-model International LT tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks are equipped with APU units and inverters, helping drivers stay comfortable and productive during time on the road. Miles and Pay Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week with weekly pay of $1,150 to $1,300, depending on mileage and dispatch. Freight lanes are structured to maintain consistent miles while supporting predictable scheduling. Qualifications Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. Both individual drivers and established teams may be considered for available openings.
