Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Control Tech I to join their team. As a Maintenance Control Tech I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Maintenance Control Tech I - 1st ShiftLocation: Bolingbrook, ILPay Range: $28.80-34.80/hourShift: 2nd shift- Mon-Fri 2-10pm & 3rd shift Mon-Fri 10pm-6amWhat's the Job? Assist in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within commercial and residential settings Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various mechanical and electrical systems Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with established standards Support assisted living facilities with maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide excellent customer service What's Needed? Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures EPA universal certification or willingness to obtain it Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a desire to learn and grow Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work safely and leave workspaces in original condition What's in it for me?
