Supervisory Management And Program Analyst This position is part of the Office of Environmental Management - Headquarters, Department Of Energy. As a supervisory management and program analyst, you will be implementing solutions to achieve organizational effectiveness and advising office of environmental management (em) leadership on programs to strengthen em's workforce. You will develop a strategic human capital model for em, measuring risk indicators of workforce management to allow em management to make fact-based decisions.
