Job Description The Facilities Management Lead provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning for mission-critical mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems supporting Department of War (DoW) High Performance Computing (HPC) and data center environments. This role ensures 24/7 operational readiness of critical infrastructure including chilled water plants, HVAC systems, power distribution systems, backup generation, and building automation systems while leading facilities personnel, managing contractor performance, and supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization projects.
