Job: Senior Networking Administrator - Network Engineer (TS/SCI Security Clearance Required, Swing-Shift) Location: Arlington, VA (On-Site Only) We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in a full-time Senior Networking Administrator - Network Engineer role. This swing-shift position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact in designing and maintaining cutting-edge communication networks! WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Senior Networking Administrator - Network Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our network operations, ensuring robust and secure communications infrastructure. Working on-site in Arlington, VA, you'll lead key projects during swing shifts (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday). Key Responsibilities: Design & Build: Architect communication networks and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators for LAN/WAN systems. Monitor & Maintain: Use industry-leading tools to oversee performance, perform upgrades, and ensure system integrity. Solve & Innovate: Provide creative solutions to complex issues and implement enhancements based on evolving customer needs. Lead & Mentor: Guide less-experienced team members to foster growth and expertise within the team. Evaluate & Stay Current: Assess emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
