Estimator Position A growing, family-owned General Contractor in Phoenix is seeking an Estimator due to rapid company growth. In the past year, the company has more than doubled revenue. This General Contractor specializes in commercial, light industrial, automotive, hospitality, restaurant, and select multifamily projects. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids Develop budgets and conceptual estimates Work closely with project management and leadership throughout preconstruction Assist with value engineering and scope reviews Qualifications: 10+ years of estimating experience preferred Diverse commercial project background required Open to high-performing 5+ year estimators who can operate independently Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously Proficiency with estimating software and construction technology Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive compensation Full benefits package + 401k match Collaborative, younger cultur Brand-new, tech-forward office Clear path for growth as the company continues to scale If you are interested in this position, apply online or submit your resume and project list to , or call/text (605) 601-5546 for a confidential conversation.
