Security Cooperation Logistician As a CACI Security Cooperation Logistician, you will provide unique expertise from tactical up to the strategic level, in support of United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and other strategic partners across the Southern Command Operations, Planning and Engagement Support (SCOPES) enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI). Responsibilities include: Be at the forefront of strategic military cooperation efforts across Latin America, working directly with the Colombian Armed Forces and eight partner nations. Gain exposure to US Embassy operations and contribute to significant defense programs that enhance regional security. Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), SOUTHCOM Headquarters, and regional security cooperation offices. Lead coordination efforts for high-level international training programs, mobile training teams (MTTs), and security initiatives. Work in a dynamic, bilingual environment, with opportunities to hone your language skills and gain proficiency in critical defense cooperation systems (SOCIUM, SC-TMS, TED). Support impactful initiatives in regional security cooperation, influencing policy development and execution across several countries in Central and South America. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of experience. We will also consider candidates with directly relevant experience with logistical support in a special operation unit at the battalion and/or brigade level. Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Spanish fluency at a 2+/2+ proficiency level (reading, writing, speaking) equivalency is required as the principal language for coordination is Spanish. Desired: Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment. Minimum of three years' experience in logistical coordination roles and responsibility within an O-3 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
