Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a young pediatric client in Hampton, VA. This part-time role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with younger children and have experience supporting early developmental and communication skills. The technician will work one-on-one with a child under the age of four while implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
