Chick-fil-A Flemington Sr. Trainer Position Sr. Trainers serve as the bridge between higher level leadership and team members. They help deliver business goals by running and leading the opening of the restaurant. They invest in team member growth and development, through on the job coaching and commendations. Responsibilities include: Operational Excellence Leading Kitchen team through opening and breakfast daypart Execute and uphold operational standards Facilitate team member shift placement Executing process improvements around food cost, speed service Input and initiate continuous improvement ideas that help business goals Team Member Development Be an active contributor of the kitchen leadership team Develop team members through effective coaching and commendation Model and support clear communication Brand Guardian Execute and uphold Food Safety Standards Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook Key Performance Indicators: Achieve Food Cost goals Achieve Food Safety standards Achieve Quality goals Contribute to Productivity goals 100% completion of process disciplines in place A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
