Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: A strong background in Oracle Cloud application solutions. Leading 1-3 full life-cycle implementations and assisting clients in deploying Oracle packages on larger projects. In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud product suite. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules and associated business processes, including payment processing, matching processes, and month-end closing. You should also demonstrate your ability to manage Oracle Cloud product suite resources, including: Designing, implementing, and supporting complex Oracle business processes. Recognizing the importance of a structured production system environment. Effectively developing strategies and communicating with diverse audiences. As a team leader, showcase your ability to: Create a motivating environment while monitoring team workloads to meet client expectations. Provide timely, constructive feedback. Keep leadership informed about progress and challenges. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
