We are seeking a driven and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager of Fleet Operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of our vehicle fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations that effectively support our commercial teams and other business units. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the fleet program, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, and disposal. Develop and implement fleet policies that ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Collaborate with the Fleet Management Company (FMC) and negotiate contracts with manufacturing partners for optimal service and cost. Monitor fleet performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Coordinate with HR for the onboarding and offboarding processes of field employees. Ensure timely reporting of fleet operations including mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents. Lead sustainability initiatives aimed at minimizing our carbon footprint. Serve as the primary contact for all fleet-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Oversee annual driver tax reporting for company drivers, ensuring adherence to IRS guidelines. Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Detail-oriented with a keen analytical perspective. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in fleet management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other pertinent regulations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years in fleet management or related operations (6 years with a Master's degree). Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary range of $119,200 to $149,000, along with additional compensation opportunities based on performance and experience.
