As we expand into the B2B sector, we seek a General Manager to lead this transformative initiative. This dynamic role encompasses ownership of strategy, execution, and P&L for our B2B business, aiming to drive it from early revenue to over $100M. We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys hands-on execution. What You'll Own General Management & P&L: Take full ownership of our B2B business, managing P&L, pricing, and packaging while developing a growth roadmap. You will act as the CEO of this business line, making impactful resource allocations and prioritizing for growth. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Design and scale an effective GTM engine that integrates acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization. Create a repeatable vertical launch playbook and evolve GTM strategies based on market insights. Product Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to implement AI-driven capabilities that enhance customer experiences and boost unit economics. External Leadership: Represent our company at industry conferences and forge strategic partnerships to enhance distribution and adoption. What Success Looks Like First 90 Days: Develop a solid understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and revenue drivers. 6 Months: Achieve notable increases in acquisition and revenue, establishing operational structures to support scalability. 12 Months: Set a validated trajectory toward the $100M opportunity, positioning our platform as a leader among independent professionals. The Ideal Candidate: We seek a veteran GM or VP with full P&L responsibility and a successful track record of scaling B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses. You should have a deep understanding of SMB and solo professional markets and experience in go-to-market operations.
