Job Title: SorterPosition Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sorters to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and products, auditing production processes, and identifying non-conformances to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of raw materials and products using measurement instruments such as gauges and scales, following established work instructions. Segregation: Accurately identify and segregate any non-conforming parts or materials to maintain production standards. Documentation: Complete necessary documentation for all work performed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Data Entry: Enter inspection results and data into appropriate databases accurately and in a timely manner. Final Inspection: Perform final inspections to verify outgoing shipments and ensure that all products meet quality standards. Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with team members to identify potential causes of non-conformance and suggest improvements. Adaptability: Meet all required employee attributes and competencies as outlined by TKMNA. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math skills to perform measurement calculations. Willingness to learn the proper use of measurement instruments (e.g., tape measures, gauges, scales). Basic computer skills for data entry tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy while inspecting materials and processes. Preferred Qualifications: Completion of some college coursework or certification in a Quality Assurance-related field. Previous hands-on experience with measurement instruments.
