Your Role as a Takeout Service Specialist: Welcome and greet every guest warmly with a smile. Proactively suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system. Assemble food and drink orders securely to ensure safe transportation. Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and manage transactions effectively. Show appreciation to guests and invite them to return. Adhere to all food safety standards and protocols. Qualifications for Success: Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the country of application. Physical ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Capacity to remain standing and move around the restaurant for up to 12 hours. A true team player with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
