Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a strategic vision, business plans, and revenue targets that align with Zoom's platform objectives. Drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments while showcasing deep expertise in conversational intelligence, revenue operations, or sales engagement platforms. Lead the development of go-to-market strategies encompassing pricing, positioning, differentiation, and sales enablement. Own P&L responsibilities and propel measurable outcomes that include revenue growth and customer retention. Build and enhance cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate product adoption. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor business performance, pipeline health, and product adoption metrics. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in go-to-market leadership, product management, or general management within the B2B SaaS sector. Deep expertise in conversational intelligence, revenue operations, or sales engagement platforms. Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes, including significant revenue growth and high customer retention. Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and product-led growth strategies. Experience in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Adept at applying analytical and data-driven decision-making to overcome strategic challenges. Experience at high-growth SaaS companies, particularly in revenue operations or conversational intelligence. Background in product management or marketing with accountability for go-to-market execution. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $258,900.00 Maximum: $577,700.00 This role is part of Zoom’s Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value.
