As a Senior Cloud Security Network Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing advanced network infrastructures specifically for Cloud Networking and Network Security services. Providing Level II and Level III technical support while mentoring operational teams. Researching and staying updated on emerging network and communication technologies. Acting as a trusted advisor to our global leadership and various business units. Offering technical leadership as a Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise IT communications. Collaborating with Security and Cloud Infrastructure teams to enhance communication systems. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in a relevant IT area. Advanced industry certifications in Cloud and Security services are mandatory, including Palo Alto Certification (PCNSE). Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is preferred, and CCNP is required. Over ten years of experience in an Architect or Engineering role focused on Cloud Security and network infrastructure services. Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting extensive, distributed networks that involve both cloud and local infrastructures. Expertise in designing and managing firewall and network security services. In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as VLANs, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. Extensive expertise in security technologies that relate to network communications. Experience with zScaler Security, remote access, and segmentation solutions is a plus, with ZDXA certification preferred. Capability in evaluating and testing hardware, firmware, and software. Proven track record in identifying training needs and developing materials for personnel training. Strong ability to analyze root causes of issues and document solutions comprehensively. Preferred Skills: Experience in program management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Advanced English proficiency in verbal and written communication. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, including Visio and Project. Experience working in a global matrix environment. Thorough understanding of planning, designing, and troubleshooting network systems. Advanced knowledge of Cloud networking and security, particularly in Azure and AWS. Proficiency in process discipline and documentation techniques. Familiarity with the ITIL 3/4 framework. Up to date with industry trends and products. Outstanding understanding of the OSI model and its application in networking. Highly developed skills in complex network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Experience working within an Enterprise setting with strict change controls.
