WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an Oracle EBS WMS Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering Oracle EBS/WMS functions for significant distribution and supply chain transformation projects. Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle WMS within Oracle E Business Suite. Facilitate workshops to gather warehouse process requirements including inbound, outbound, LPN management, picking strategies, replenishment, and task management. Design functional solutions across WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Shipping modules. Create functional specifications for customizations and integrations with external systems. Drive the setup and configuration of WMS rules and workflows. Lead testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and Integration Testing while supporting data migration. Manage client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training. Support cutover planning and ensure go-live readiness for warehouse operations. Provide oversight and leadership to both onsite and offshore consultants and developers. Ensure all solutions align with best practices and operational goals. WHY JOIN US? Travel may be required for this role based on client needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle WMS, ideally with multiple end-to-end implementations. Minimum 3 years of functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules: WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Shipping. Minimum 3 years of experience designing warehouse processes. Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications or RF devices. Minimum 2 years leading workshops and testing cycles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES: Experience integrating WMS with automation systems. Knowledge of Oracle OTM, TMS, or manufacturing solutions. Background in large distribution center operations. Experience leading global teams. Exposure to transitioning from WMS on-prem to Oracle Cloud WMS. COMPENSATION: Compensation varies by location and experience.
