Job Overview: Senior Consultant for Blockchain and Digital Asset Risk Management Projects Role Summary Seize this incredible chance to be involved in consulting projects that center on operational risk and compliance within blockchain-enabled financial products. You will play a vital role in initiatives encompassing stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital asset infrastructures while deepening your knowledge of regulatory expectations and risk frameworks. This role is focused on execution and is aimed at developing future leaders in Crowe's digital asset practice. Key Responsibilities Collaborate on consulting projects associated with stablecoin initiatives, tokenized assets, digital custody, and blockchain payments. Assist in establishing governance structures and operating models for blockchain-based financial solutions. Develop thorough policies, procedures, and documentation for various digital asset activities. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and control testing per regulatory guidelines. Support preparations for regulatory examinations while tracking issue remediation efforts. Execute third-party risk assessments of digital asset vendors to ensure compliance. Investigate leading blockchain technologies, regulatory trends, and emerging risks in the digital asset space. Contribute to the development of internal tools and knowledge resources to bolster our practice. Work closely with managers to ensure outstanding results for our clients. Required Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 4-6 years of pertinent experience in professional services, banking, fintech, or a regulated financial institution. Hands-on experience with digital assets, blockchain technology, or fintech in consulting, risk, or compliance roles. Fundamental understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technology. Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within regulated environments. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Proactive in adapting to regulatory guidance and changing supervisory expectations. Preferred Experience Experience working with institutions or fintech firms involved in digital asset or payments initiatives. Familiarity with blockchain analytics and compliance tools. Prior consulting or advisory experience is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant certifications or coursework in blockchain, digital assets, or financial regulations. We seek candidates who embody Crowe's core values: Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skills, experience, training, licensure, and specific organizational needs.
