Key Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of successful business management experience and/or business ownership. Proficient in analyzing Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Budgeting. Expertise in creatively increasing sales and implementing effective operations with a focus on behavioral change. Hands-on experience in managing teams and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. A four-year college/university degree is required. This role requires 100% travel, with weekly flights from your home airport every Sunday night, returning Friday afternoons.
