HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

As a vital part of our professional team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment using your commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills. You will utilize a variety of hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete essential tasks. Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance. Proficient in Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration. Hold Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling. Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be 18 years or older and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Job Duties: Conduct regular maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment using commercial skills and various tools. Utilize a work order management system for repair documentation and to receive work orders. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to ensure swift resolutions. Inspect and test equipment to efficiently diagnose issues. Complete all necessary training for the safe operation of equipment and tools. Adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe workspace. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work comfortably at heights when required. Compensation: Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080. $2000 sign-on bonus available for select locations. Individual compensation packages based on skill set, experience, and qualifications.
