Position Responsibilities Plan and manage system Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages, including documentation and control validation. Lead the development and enhancement of our security awareness programs. Execute monthly phishing simulations to bolster security practices within the organization. Maintain and enhance our ICS SharePoint sites for accurate information dissemination and user-friendly access. Coordinate security assessments and audits with both internal and external partners. Update security policies to align with current regulations and best practices. Monitor and report on control effectiveness; create dashboards to clearly communicate compliance posture. Manage continuous monitoring evidence for assigned systems. Support assessments related to NIST requirements, including programs like FedRAMP and FISMA. Translate technical and policy requirements into actionable plans for timely remediation. Enhance compliance workflows utilizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools. Act as a liaison between IT, security operations, privacy, and business units to facilitate governance and communication. Minimum Requirements: Eligibility for a NACLC DoD Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or audit programs. Project management skills, including scheduling and documentation control. Familiarity with NIST frameworks and the ATO lifecycle. Knowledge of GRC tools like Onspring, Archer, or ServiceNow. Strong analytical and written communication skills. Preferred Requirements: Experience managing system security plans and compliance documentation. Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, or DoD RMF assessment requirements. Relevant certifications such as CAP, PMP, or similar credentials are a plus.
