Job Title: Maintenance ElectricianJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in a dynamic manufacturing facility. You'll be part of a close-knit team of technicians responsible for maintaining electrical systems across three neighboring facilities.Responsibilities Maintain electrical distribution throughout the facility, including 110V, 220V, and 480V systems. Conduct maintenance of switchgear and power breakers. Properly size and install power feeds to machinery, including installation of transformers and distribution panels for 110V and 220V service. Run conduit for power distribution and install buss plugs. Ensure existing electrical systems meet code and new systems are installed per code. Install 277V plant lighting systems. Maintain plant fire protection alarms system, access control hardware, and building automation systems. Support assembly line through general and preventative maintenance. Install and maintain electrical safety lockout devices. Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot electrical control circuits. Perform preventative maintenance including changing air filters and oiling and greasing machine lubrication points. Troubleshoot mechanical issues. Repair and troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as manufacturing systems. Essential Skills Knowledge of NEC and other applicable codes and regulations. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Experience with industrial power installation. Knowledge of or experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred. PLC experience is a plus. Experience with fire alarm systems is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good skills in leadership, team playing, planning and organizing, judgment/decision making, communication, and project management.
