Job Full Description Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Pay: $20-22/hour Schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30 minute lunch break) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Role: Our client in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, proper storage of inventory, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and verify incoming merchandise; report damages and enter receipts into the ERP system • Put away inventory into correct warehouse locations • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and deliver materials for manufacturing jobs • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Follow all company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures Qualifications: • 2-3 years of warehouse experience • Basic computer skills and ERP system navigation • Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck, picker machine, forklift preferred) • UPS/FedEx experience is a plus • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs About Express Employment Professionals: Work with a locally owned staffing company that partners with companies in Lake County, IL to hire long term talent.
