We only accept direct applications.Warehouse Delivery DriverLocation: Tempe, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, dependable Warehouse Delivery Driver with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience pulling a trailer with heavy and oversized loads. This role is critical to our operations and requires a safety-first mindset, strong situational awareness, and the ability to represent our company professionally at job sites and other locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating trucks with trailers in tight urban environments, managing proper load securement, and assisting with warehouse operations when not on deliveries. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company truck and trailer transporting heavy and oversized materials Properly load, secure, transport, and unload materials in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Ensure correct weight distribution and load securement for oversized/heavy equipment Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely deliveries Assist with pulling, staging, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory Report mechanical issues immediately and maintain vehicle cleanliness Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws Represent the company professionally with customers and jobsite personnel Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years verifiable experience pulling trailers with heavy and oversized loads Experience with load securement (chains, straps, binders, tarping when required) Valid driver's license (CDL preferred; specify if required) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Experience maneuvering trailers in tight construction or industrial environments Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering construction materials or industrial equipment Forklift certification Knowledge of Phoenix metro routes and job site logistics Experience with flatbed or gooseneck trailers Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, and climbing Securing loads in various weather conditions (including Arizona summer heat) Extended periods of sitting and driving Working in warehouse and outdoor environments What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Stable, full-time work environment Opportunity for growth within operations Why Join Kelso Industries?
