Job Title: Administrator – Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA) Location: White Plains, NY Schedule: 35 Hours per Week Employment Type: Contracted to Full Time or Permanent Start: Immediate Hiring About the Opportunity A well-established home care organization in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Administrator for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA) . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality patient care across home care services. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency. Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations . Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Patient Care Coordinators, and Home Health Aides. Manage New York State Home Care Registry verification and compliance. Oversee electronic health records and operational systems . Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and documentation accuracy . Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives . Address patient concerns, incidents, and corrective actions when needed. Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State . Leadership experience within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA) . Strong knowledge of NYSDOH home care regulations . Experience managing home care staff and operations . Preferred Experience with Elixir software . Experience preparing for NYSDOH audits or surveys . Background in quality assurance and compliance oversight . Additional Details 35-hour work week . Interviews will be conducted onsite in White Plains, NY.
