The Senior Campaign Analyst is tasked with analyzing, reporting, and telling the story of campaign impact to our clients. This role is a key player within our Measurement department reporting to the Manager, Campaign Measurement & Analytics. The Measurement & Advanced Analytics department is responsible for the analysis and reporting of integrated media campaigns. As part of this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing a variety of campaigns including integrated omnichannel as well as digitally focused at Blue Chip. This includes the development of reporting templates, as well as mid-and post-campaign reporting, analyses, optimizations, and recommendations across the full spectrum of digital media (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, coupons, etc.). You will help develop and contribute to our data platform thread®, through setting up data pipelines, completing QA activities, and developing dashboards for our clients. The Senior Campaign Analyst will work closely with our integrated media team which includes strategists, planners, biddable media, and content, to support clients by providing key insights into campaign performance. This role is a senior member of the Measurement & Advanced Analytics department and will help train and provide support to junior members of the team and throughout Blue Chip's organization through subject matter expertise. The Senior Campaign Analyst will partner closely with SPARQ to develop best in class processes and technology to support Blue Chip's key growth goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Measurement and Analysis • Actively participates in campaign measurement kickoff meetings with strategists, client leadership, and creative team members. • In partnership with more senior members of the Measurement and Advanced Analytics department, develops measurement plans prior to campaign activation to outline the key performance indicators for the campaign, goals, and any other measurements to ensure visibility into performance. • Analyzes client campaigns by partnering with digital strategists, client leaders, and other cross-functional team members to deliver our clients with actionable insights regarding performance of campaign and return on investment. • Monitors client campaign pacing to ensure proper delivery and spend in accordance with client campaign plans. Works closely with biddable and strategist teams to ensure spend is on track and accurate, outlines deviations from plan so team can proactively adjust as necessary. • Works directly with our clients to communicate how campaigns performed and develops business level impact (ROI) whenever possible. Partners with our client leadership and clients themselves to gain access to sales data in order to conduct correlations with media programs whenever possible. • Creates data pipelines in thread® along with custom dashboards to deliver insights • Conducts ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects when needed. • Verifies impressions/view/click totals from vendors against ad-server totals to ensure accuracy in reporting and outline any anomalies or variances. • Works closely with external measurement partners including those who focus on sales measurement (Nielsen NCS), in-store traffic (Placed/Foursquare, Cubeiq), and brand equity (Lucid, Facebook, YouTube). • Serves as a go-to resource for measurement best practices, dashboarding & visualization capabilities, and helps act as an administrator for our data platform thread® • Works closely with Salesforce team to outline product developments, enhance our capabilities, and resolve data quality issues if they arise. Education, Experience and Certifications • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred • Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other quantitative discipline • Minimum 3 years' experience focused on analytics, digital marketing, or retail sales • Thorough working knowledge of digital disciplines including, but not limited to websites, mobile sites/apps, social media, SEO, SEM, banner advertising, digital coupons, digital video, content marketing, etc. • Experience with digital analytics & attribution tools (ex.
