The Investor Reporting Specialist role is critical for effectively servicing our clients' portfolios of commercial real estate loans. In this position, you will manage complex tasks and produce high-quality deliverables promptly and independently. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly review and approve system-generated reports, queries, and client deliverables, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients regarding loan servicing inquiries. Adhere to internal policies and maintain high-quality standards while fulfilling contractual obligations to our clients. Summarize research findings to respond to inquiries from lenders, auditors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders. Create and design spreadsheet templates and financial models, incorporating advanced Excel formulas and macros to analyze loan metrics, cash flows, and amortization schedules. Ensure compliance with servicing standards and internal policies, addressing necessary exceptions appropriately. Prepare and timely deliver cash remittance and reporting according to contractual requirements. Ensure collection of servicing fees through the remittance process as per agreement terms. Cultivate a collaborative environment by assisting colleagues and contributing to special projects, even beyond standard hours when needed. Propose process improvements related to job responsibilities. Conduct quality control on completed outputs and share findings with team members. Stay informed on changes in industry standards to enhance your expertise. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally in a senior analyst or analyst role. 0-2 years of experience in reconciliations or financial/investor reporting preferred. 0-2 years of experience with CREFC Reporting is a plus. Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. A strong sense of professionalism. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features and macros. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively in a team while demonstrating independent thought and delivering high-quality work. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Proactively identify and resolve problems. The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $59,000.00 - $85,000.00. Specific compensation will be determined through the interview process, considering relevant education, experience, skills, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company policies and management approval.
