The Role The Senior Pricing Operations Analyst is vital in supporting Lumen's innovative pricing framework. This role emphasizes gathering and coordinating IT requirements to enhance our quoting systems, thereby supporting our revenue generation goals. The analyst will analyze data, develop business cases, and provide strategic recommendations. Collaboration across pricing, product, and marketing teams will be key in delivering scalable, efficient, and AI-enhanced solutions. Main Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Recommendations: Document IT requirements for pricing architecture projects. Develop business cases from requirements and advise on the best path forward. Act as a bridge between pricing, product, marketing, and IT teams. Quoting System Enablement: Ensure quoting systems align with monetization objectives. Enhance speed, accuracy, and user experience through AI advancements. Workflow Integration: Support the integration of pricing and quoting processes into Salesforce.com to ensure efficiency and scalability. Lead analysis and validation of financial models and data. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for AI enhancements across quoting tools. Drive initiatives that boost operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Pricing Workflow Governance: Ensure that all approval and governance processes are automated effectively. What We Look For in a Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. 6+ years of relevant experience in pricing, product, or technical analysis roles. 3+ years of experience in the telecom industry with knowledge of telecom products. Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise-level workflow integration. Knowledge of AI tools or experience in data-driven process improvements is desirable. Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with project coordination in pricing or product development. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Compensation This position's anticipated base salary range is based on national data and may vary by location. Individual compensation is influenced by skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $105,786 - $141,047 in certain states. $111,074 - $148,099 in select states. $116,364 - $155,152 in additional states.
