MAMA Oakland is an Italian-Californian 3-course prix fixe restaurant focused on warm, welcoming service, nourishing and comforting food, and a fun, approachable yet smart wine list. We're looking for a hard working, energetic and experienced LINE COOK!!  Join us as we strive to build an incredible team in our small but efficient kitchen, under the leadership of a talented chef. You will be involved in prep daily and challenged with new weekly menus, fast paced execution, as well as creating a memorable guest experience.
