Position Highlights 4-Day Work Week Option Available36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hoursTwo-chair model with dedicated assistant supportStrong patient demand and established schedulingMentorship and leadership support availableCollaborative, mission-driven team cultureSign-on up to $15,000 depending on experience and Relocation up to $5,000Eligible for up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment (2-year commitment) Practice Environment Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) settingModern clinic with 11 operatoriesDigital radiography and panoramic imagingIntegrated electronic dental softwareDiverse patient population with strong community needMix of scheduled care and same-day urgent visitsYou will practice "bread-and-butter" general dentistry including:Restorative dentistry (fillings and crowns)ExtractionsDentures and partialsPreventive servicesPediatric patients (age 2+)Treatment planning for higher-acuity casesProviders are encouraged to work within their comfort and competency, with support available for professional growth.
