The Opportunity We are looking for aCNC Manufacturing Engineerwith strongCNC programming and setup skills. In this role, you'll be the bridge between design and production — programming our advanced machines, designing fixturing, and ensuring smooth handoff to operators. What You'll DoProgram and optimize CNC operations for5-axis, 9-axis, and grinding equipmentusing CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX).Interpret blueprints and applyGD&Tto achieve accuracy within tight tolerances.Design and implementfixturing solutionsfor complex engine parts.Set up CNC machines, configureFanuc controls, and verify tool paths.Partner with operators to troubleshoot and ensure seamless production runs.Continuously improve machining processes toreduce cycle timesand boost productivity.Maintain setup sheets, programming documentation, and repeatable processes.Collaborate with design teams to integratedirect customer feedbackinto new products. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree inManufacturing/Mechanical EngineeringOR equivalent hands-on experience.3+ years of CNC programming & setupin a production environment.Strong experience withFanuc controlsandmulti-axis machining.Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360) and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Ability to design and implementcustom fixturing.Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.Experience withcamshaft grinding equipmentis a plus.
