A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Community Hospital of San Bernardino. Work alongside specialized team members. Work PRN at the sister hospital - St. Bernardine Medical Center. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Scheduling: Shifts are scheduled from7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM. Full-time is 180 shifts for the year and follows a 7-on, 7-off rotation. Flexible scheduling is available. Key Responsibilities: No procedural requirements. Admissions and cross-coverage are the main responsibilities. Open ICU with specialty support.
