Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting all care in line with facility policies and regulations. Monitor resident health, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Support and lead CNAs and other staff to ensure high-quality daily care and adherence to best practices. Maintain thorough and timely documentation while upholding infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN licensure. CPR certification or ability to obtain it after hire. Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance. Proficiency in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
