LNAs are assigned approximately 1:8-10 with strong team collaboration among RNs, LPNs, and support staff. Floating to like units may occur infrequently. Weekend and holiday participation required. Free onsite parking; reliable transportation strongly recommended. Requirements: Active AHA BLS certification required. Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required, and prior travel experience is mandatory. Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable. Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and floating as needed.
