Key Job Details - Vermont LPN Travel Assignment Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care (LTC) Location: Berlin, Vermont 05602 Assignment Length: 6 weeks (10/30/2025 - 12/11/2025) Shift: 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week: 36 Schedule: Every other weekend required; Monday to Sunday coverage Employment Type: Travel nursing job Estimated Weekly Pay: $1570-$1680 LPN Qualifications & Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Vermont or compact state) BLS certification through AHA Minimum 3 years of recent LPN experience in a healthcare or long term care setting Prior travel nursing experience preferred Long Term Care (LTC) and dementia care experience required Ability to float to other units as needed Must pass a 7-year background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, sex offender registry) Reliable transportation required (public transportation not available in Berlin, VT) Vehicle must have all-season or snow tires from November to April All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained Complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) LPN Responsibilities - Long Term Care Nursing Jobs Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the healthcare team Deliver compassionate care to residents with dementia and chronic conditions Float to other units as needed to support clinical staffing Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulatory standards Work assigned hours as scheduled; communicate any preplanned time off prior to assignment start Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career with this rewarding Vermont LPN job opportunity!
