Virginia Mason Medical Center is looking for an Interventional Radiologist to fill the need! BID DUE DATE: 11/25/24 5pm est Rate Caps for Submission: Malpractice - Must be included in rates. Orientation - half the hourly/callback ratekicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours" Hourly - under- "Per hour, not OT" Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rates "Per holiday hour, no OT" Nightly Call - under- "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis" Holiday Nightly Call - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis" On Call (Daily) - under- "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - "Perhours to include 4 hours gratis" Call Back -under- "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms." Holiday Call Back - "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms." Schedule/Availability Requirements: In person orientation Jan 30-31 if provider is picking up Feb ongoing dates. If provider picks up January dates we will most likely need to do an off cycle orientation. Jan 24-30 Feb 21-27 Mar 28-Apr 3 May 2-8 Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-6pm then night call and 24hr call on weekends Facility Location: Virginia Mason Medical Center Setting: Hospital Duties: responsible for referral to Interventional Radiology. Discuss cases with referring physicians and provide prompt service for the hospital and outpatient cases. Required Procedures: Drain placement, Biliary interventions, Urologic interventions, Hepatobiliary interventions including TIPS, BRTO, GI bleed embolization. PE thrombolysis or thrombectomy, EMR: Cerner Support Staff: RN and Techs Reason for Coverage: MD departures Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels Air Travel: Local, no flights? Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission. Credentialing Information: Timeframe: Requirements: Credentialing with other facilities? Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience! State License - Highly preferred but will consider IMLC LOQ candidates DEA and BLS - Required during credentialing Fluoroscopy certificate - Required, but can be flexible on this requirement.
