Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients as directed by their healthcare provider. Administer medications and perform treatments as recommended. Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members. Requirements: Qualifications: Possession of a valid LPN license. Successful completion of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in a home health or community setting. Current CPR certification (online certifications are not accepted). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
