Your Role: As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial profitability. Your duties will include: Preparing food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards at all times. Managing guest orders promptly and efficiently. Ensuring thorough knowledge of menu items and all food products. Stocking and maintaining designated food station(s) appropriately. Visually inspecting all food before it leaves the kitchen. Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures in line with regulations. Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
