Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and family members. Educate patients and their families about managing their health conditions. Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately. Requirements Current and valid RN license. Experience in home health nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Pontiac and surrounding areas.
