We're now live in the Dallas area and looking to grow our early team!Our Care Model For our patients and families All well-child and sick care occurs in the patient's home24/7 accessibility through virtual care (text message, phone, video visit)High-quality, evidence-based care, using the most up to date research availableMembership pricing which makes this service available to the broadest range of families possible, not just the wealthyTech-forward approach to everything we do for our patients and families For our providers Elevating the NP role to that of pediatricianSmaller patient panel with fewer visits per day (more time with each family)Tech solutions to make your job easier, with a focus on reducing the time you spend on documentationSupportive and accessible admin/exec team that recognizes your value and cares deeply about your job satisfaction This Role: Part-Time In-Home Visits, Extremely Flexible Hours We are looking to add someone to our team for the equivalent of ~1-2 full day per week (primarily sick visits, but the possibility of well-child visits) Note: This could mean multiple half days, or another arrangement We offer optional 'flex appointments,' allowing you to pick up additional appointments when they become available (during business hours + after hours) for a set rate.
