Role OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Endocrinology department, you will provide quality, cost-effective direct care to patients and their families. Your daily responsibilities will include: Collaborating with a healthcare team to help patients achieve their health goals. Engaging in hands-on patient care by obtaining, documenting, and reporting on patient data in accordance with established care plans. Executing therapeutic measures under the direction of an RN or MD to facilitate successful patient outcomes. This position offers the exciting opportunity to travel between different offices, providing variety to your workday while encouraging collaboration across multiple teams.Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Connecticut required.
