We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work wit a well-respected Counseling Center in Rockford, IL. The PMHNP would work collaboratively with an established interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists. The Psychiatrist enjoys training and mentoring new and recent graduates and works very well collaboratively with the other Providers. The Counseling Center is affiliated with an integrated health system and offers tele-psychiatry as well as a traditional clinic based position. The Counseling Center provides behavioral health assessments and treatment planning, Individual, Family and Couples Therapy, Group Therapy, Crises Services, Psychological Assessments, Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation, Case Management and Therapy Programs. Position Overview: Full Time: Monday -Friday with no call or weekends.
