Accountant

Recruiting an Accountant for a client of ours. This role supports both Accounting and Payroll and reports directly to the Controller. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work and being involved in month end and year end processes. Key responsibilities• Journal entries and account reconciliations• AP AR and shared expense support• Monthly and year end close assistance• Backup support for payroll and cash processes What we are looking for• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field• Five years of accounting experience• Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities• Payroll or Yardi experience is a plus Interested or know someone who may be a fit Message me to learn more.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
