Collaborate with a skilled team of clinicians including charge therapists and managers. Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR systems. Support neonatal intensive care patients requiring advanced respiratory interventions. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license. NICU experience required. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (no pending certifications). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. Ability to manage complex ventilator equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
