Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $1,760 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a home setting. The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with allied health professionals to ensure high-quality, integrated home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans. Assess patient conditions and monitor health status to ensure effective treatment and recovery. Coordinate with allied healthcare professionals such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nutritionists, and social workers. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and home care procedures. Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with healthcare teams. Provide compassionate support to patients and families from diverse backgrounds. Perform additional duties as required to support home healthcare delivery.
