To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 826770 Job Title: Forklift / General Labor - Warehouse Associate Location: St. Charles, IL Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM during slower periods) Start Date: ASAP We are hiring a dependable Forklift / General Labor Associate to join a small, tight-knit warehouse team in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity to become part of a stable company where employees have long tenure and strong teamwork. This opening is due to a long-term employee relocating, and you will be joining a team of three - becoming the fourth member of a collaborative warehouse group. Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders accurately Unload containers and incoming shipments Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse Operate a forklift (approximately 25% of the time) Use rolling racks and picker equipment Lift up to 50 lbs consistently Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience required Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Process-driven and detail-oriented Able to take direction and work independently after training Comfortable working in a small team environment Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Associate Benefits: Medical Plan (including MEC, MEC Plus and MVP plans), Dental and other ancillary productsprovided through Essential StaffCARE.
