Hanker Systems Inc is seeking a LPN / LVN Urgent Care for a local contract job in Culver City, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Urgent Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract LVN - Urgent Care | 13-Week Contract Culver City, CA Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 4x10 Hour Rotating Shifts Shift Options Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Rotating schedule with every other weekend and some holidays Job Responsibilities Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, and medication reconciliation Perform blood glucose testing and cardiac monitoring including 12-lead EKGs Start and maintain IV lines and perform phlebotomy procedures Administer medications including oral, IM, SQ, eye drops, and ear drops Provide oxygen therapy using nasal cannula or face masks Assist with wound care, wound vac management, and dressing changes Perform Foley catheter insertion and urine specimen collection Assist patients with crutch walking and mobility support Follow infection control protocols and isolation precautions Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care Required Qualifications Active California LVN License BLS Certification (AHA or ARC only) IV Certification and Phlebotomy certification required Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience Epic / CS Link experience preferred Flu vaccination required (no exemptions) About Hanker Systems Inc Healthcare staffing at Hanker Systems Inc is focused on delivering the right talent to support quality patient care.
