Locum NP - Nurse Practitioner Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality outpatient care with an average of 16 patient slots per day Spend 20-30 minutes of face-to-face time with each patient Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to ensure coordinated care Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin National NP certification (AANP or ANCC) Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a structured patient schedule Compensation & Benefits: This locum role features equitable pay, allowing providers to control both their patient load and annual earnings.
